These Terms of Use explain the conditions under which you may use the Invoice Maker mobile application ("App").

1. Definitions

In these Terms, "App" refers to the Invoice Maker mobile application, and "User" refers to any person who uses the App.

2. Scope of Service

Invoice Maker is a tool that helps you organize and manage your business and invoice information. Through the App you can, among other things:

Create and manage jobs and client records,
Prepare invoice drafts,
Store your business details (name, address, logo, etc.).

The App does not provide tax advice, legal advice or official bookkeeping services.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide when registering and using the App is accurate and up-to-date.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (for example, email and password) secure and for not sharing them with third parties.
You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful or contrary to applicable regulations or public morals.
You are solely responsible for any tax, accounting or legal obligations arising from the client and job data you store in the App.

4. Pricing and Subscriptions

Some features of the App may be offered free of charge, while others may require a paid subscription. Subscription plans and prices are displayed and managed through the App Store.

Your subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID account and are subject to the App Store terms and conditions.
To cancel a subscription, you must use your device settings under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in and to the App (including but not limited to its design, code, logo and other content) are owned by Invoice Maker or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the App without prior written consent.

6. Changes and Termination

Invoice Maker reserves the right to modify, add or remove features of the App at any time.
The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
In case of violation of these Terms, your access to the App may be suspended or terminated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Invoice Maker does not warrant that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Invoice Maker shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may use third-party service providers (for example, authentication, storage, analytics or payment services). Such services are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers; this document applies only to Invoice Maker.

9. Changes to These Terms

Invoice Maker may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Where appropriate, we will try to inform you of important changes via in-app notices or email. Your continued use of the App after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Invoice Maker. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Invoice Maker is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
